Established in the year 2012, Vinayaka Fundamental Research and Education Society (VFRES) Society is one of the proud training partners of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission, done MOU with state Government for establishing Mega Skill Center (MSC) under the scheme of DDU-KK for the training and placement of 3000 youth of Jharkhand every year.

A social entrepreneurial initiative in skill training working in an underdeveloped region of the country and is committed to providing young people with high-quality vocational education & skill training, relevant & recognized certifications resulting in meaningful employment & successful careers in the organized sector.

We work with the gram panchayat and local government bodies for awareness generation. We reach the youths to find out their interest, create awareness, answer their queries, and then successfully enroll them in the relevant courses.

The screened candidates are enrolled in batches and training is conducted by the certified trainers by SSC who have a rich industry experience. The training is conducted on the prescribed learning material approved by the national skill quality framework and SSC. The Training includes classroom learning, practical training, and industrial exposure this helps the candidates to have real-time exposure that how to work in the industry. Candidates are assessed and certified on the successful completion of the training.

Once the candidates are certified, job fairs are organized which are attended by leading companies from nearby locations. Post their placements, candidates are tracked and mentored/counseled throughout the initial working days.

We work to empower all individuals through improved skills, knowledge, nationally and internationally recognized qualifications to gain access to decent employment and ensure India’s competitiveness in the global market through skill training.
