About Vinayaka Fundamental Research & Education Society

Established in the year 2012, Vinayaka Fundamental Research and Education Society (VFRES is one of the proud training partners of the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission.
Signed MOU with the State Government for establishing Mega Skill Center (MSC) under the scheme of DDU-KK for the training and placement of 3000 youth of Jharkhand every year.
Since 2012, VFRES is engaged in various skill development initiatives of Govt. for the benefit of the underprivileged and has pledged to address the basic needs as well as problems arising out of illiteracy & skill gap among the young generation of our society.

At VFRES, we firmly believe that education & training is the only tool which can break the barriers and unleash the power within India.
Hence, in order to make good professional education & training possible and reachable for socially and economically underprivileged young generation, the VFRES established 3 Mega Centers in Government ITI premises allocated to us by the Labour Department. Explicitly to run Skill Development courses at Mandar – Ranchi, Ichak – Hazaribagh & Bermo – Bokaro.

What We Do

We work to empower all individuals through improved skills, knowledge, nationally and internationally recognized qualifications to gain access to decent employment and ensure India’s competitiveness in the global market through skill training.

Primary Objectives

The primary objectives of Mega Skill Center of VFRES are:
a) To increase the employability of the youth and empower them for sustainable livelihood.
b) To provide skill development training to the youth of the State.
c) To develop self-employment and entrepreneurial skills for youths of Jharkhand.

Training & Certification

The screened candidates are enrolled in batches and training is conducted by the certified trainers by SSC who have rich industry experience. The training is conducted on the prescribed learning material approved by the national skill quality framework and SSC. The Training includes classroom learning, practical training, and industrials exposure this helps the candidates to have real-time exposure that how to work in the industry. Candidates are assessed and certified on successful completion of the training
